The live work building created in 812 Washington, New York, aims to create a space that reflects the juxtaposition of the High and modern rooms with the old and classic Row houses located in the south and north of the site. In reaction to site and typology, the building was divided in half at its center, creating a vertical division for residential spaces to be placed.
